Any Red Alert players here? Ever seen a good Cobra/Joe mod for the game?

negative, but after finding a very expansive yuri mod (IFV's carry 4 troops, f-117a stealth fighters added, apache gunships added, and much more) I've been wondering how one goes about creating the vehicles and charcters. Would it be easy? I'd like to try but don't know where to start?

I've seen mod creators/editors, but after looking at them I realized that they were for people with alot more experience with that type of thing, or a lot more patience. If you're interrested, I can probably dig up the download links.
