Has Vypra been in DD comics?

I know she was not in Marvel. Has she made in appearance in DD?

For that matter, has she appeared in anything other than a toy/filecard?

She has not appeared in the DD comics.

I am not sure about cartoons, but I am pretty sure she has not been in anything other then the toy line.

According to the file card on her (or them) they're supposed to be the daughters of the sword maker that Zartan appretniced to in the old comics. I don't remember seeing her though. I'm pretty sure they made her up for the toy line.
