I've done it. you need an exacto knife to seperate the torso, you have to be carful.

i have a hobby knife kit. will that work?

I used an exacto knife on mine and was really, really carefull. It also helps if you use one with a brand new blade. It easiest if you start from the bottome part of the torso and work your way up the side.
