Question about BTR figures and vehicles

I have started collecting the Built To Rule joes and was wondering which ones of the last wave weren't released. I saw somewhere that there was a GI Joe HQ with AVAC and Snake Eyes and was really cool looking. Do I have any chance of getting them?

The only thing that wasn't released at all was the Freedom Defense Outpost with Duke (that I know of). Most of the rest of that wave of stuff got a very regional release. Keep an eye on eBay, I was able to pick up the last two things I needed (HQ and Patriot Grizzly) recently at a decent price.

The last wave saw market testing pieces in the Ohio and Kentucky area last year. I bought the Hiss off Ebay for 35 dollars (but the seller bought in at K-Mart for 12.95 ) Cool collection but I only grabbed the Cobra vehicles. I still need the Night Prowler and Striker.

Jeff...how much did you get your HQ for??
