Destro in Need of Some Minor Repairs

I recently bought a vintage 1983 Destro for only $7. He is in great condition as far as his paint. However, his head is very loose, as is his left arm. I want to know if there is any way to tighten up his head and his arm. I am a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my GI Joe's, and I would rest a lot easier knowing that his body was restored to his perfect condition. I would greatly appreciate any insight or feedback as to how to fix him up.

    Thanks!!

Disassemble the figure and use clear nail polish on the loose joints. Give the polish about a week or so to dry up and they'll be tighter than before.

i like to use white glue, use a little bit and work the joint around to spread it.

I would first try to replace the o-ring with a #10 (I think) plummer's o-ring that you can get at Home Depot/Lowe's. It tends to tighten up the arms as well as the head due to the o-ring rubbing on the posts of the arms and head.
