What if Marvel did GI Joe #156?

Man, you guys crack me up. Larry Hama is totally an artist. He started of in the industry as an artist back in the 70's, and is a pretty good storyteller. His idea is that you should be able to read a comic without looking at any of the words, that the storytelling should come from the art, is based on that.

You were lucky to find the sketch cover, it's a clever nod to that fact that Hama did the cover sketches to every issue of the Marvel series. He sold the art on the Rock and Roll one a month or so back. Can't believe I lost it.

Well, to be honest I only read the first two issues ( I know, even though I STARTED this topic ).

I was already reading three IDW Joe books (at $4 a month each) and I just couldn't afford to buy a 4th. In fact, I've cut down to JUST GI Joe recently. (this is where I could launch into how I feel IDW is mishandling the whole property, but I won't).

BUT...I've been thinking of switching to ARAH, especially since Herb Trimp will be doing a cover each month. I've met him two times and he's a heck of a nice guy.
