I found a set of the Battlestar Galactica Titanium ships this morning.

Overall I really like them but I have a couple gripes. The paint on the Viper canopy has started coming off by touching it.

I wish Galactica's Viper launch tubes pulled out a tiny bit further.

I don't remember the Cyclon Raiders being a purple camo scheme. It looks cool but just a bit odd. Also mine doesn't have the eye slit painted. I really like how that slit looks on tv.

But I think I will still end up buying some more Vipers and Raiders and then dream of more ships from the new show.

I also got a mail away Thundercats Mumm Raa figure in the mail today in its original shipping box. They are pretty common and cheap but I had fun opening a toy from 1985. I freed him from being in that brown box for 21 years!

I'm officially 100% jealous, Scott.

I can't tell if that's one of the fully transformable versions, I'm not all that familiar with Veritechs, variants, and the copyright conflicts that took place, but that'll look nice in your collection!

Well it shouldn't be transformable as I don't think the ones that held 3 3/4 figs were. Now I just need a Flagg to put it on

I have one (Very rare I get to say that), It's totally NON-TRANSFORMING. The feet open though. It's a bit stubby, like they started to super deform it. Not brilliantly realistic. Mine has the boosters on the back. I put mine in the loft and forgot about it. I did wonder about breaking it up though and building the robot mode, never did though.

I forgot to say the rudders fold up and the bit their attached to flips over. Thats about as much transforming as it does and thats only to accommodate the boosters.

I on the other hand have just won a Skystriker which is almost a real f-14.

I wasn't going to post until it arrived but what the heck. It's not because I got a reasonably good deal either.

I wanted to post because I consider the skystriker to be one of the milestones in my collection. I had the conquest, dragonfly, tomahawk and phantom during childhood but I never got the skystriker which I think is the best plane in the range. It always had the best stories to go with it in the comic.

The BG ships are practically everywhere now Wal-Mart, Target, etc.

A larger Galatica will be availble soon in the action fleet type in a fish bowl display line.
