Some of the figures have familar parts...Knock-Out looks like he has Banzai's head, Flint looks like he has Big Boa's torso with Laser-Viper v1's head, and Road Pig you can just repaint.

Well, the rumors persist that this wave made it to manufacture (in a very small run) and that there are cases out there that some collector is stock piling. It is a bit of an urban myth for Joe collecting but I know enough super collectors that believe it.
