    "82" Cobra Commander in Baggie?

    How common is this figure?

It is what I'd call "uncommon," but not "rare." There is currently some debate as to which version of the two 1982 Commanders is rarer bagged - the Mickey Mouse logo or the second, corrected Cobra logo.

If the baggie is still perfectly sealed without any tears or holes, then the figure would probably fetch from $60 to $120 on ebay depending on who was bidding, and whether or not the filecard was included.

    I agree with the above.

IMHO, the Mickey Mouse logo is harder to find MIBag.
