Buying Prices for Series 2 figures on 20-back cards?

    Hello all,

I'm trying to gauge normative buying/selling prices for series 2 figures on a 20-back card. The condition would be C9+/AFA 85.

    From what I've seen:

    Cobra Commander: $2000-$2500
    Destro: $2000-$2500
    Major Bludd: $1500?
    Snow Job: $1000+
    Doc: $1000
    Torpedo:
    Airborne:
    Tripwire:
    Gung Ho: $450-$500

I've heard that the asking prices on CC and Destro are higher.

That's pretty bullish. I don't think Destro, Doc, or Snow Job are that much.

Snow Job pulled a $1000+ close relatively recently, but I think that was a fluke cause it hadn't been up for sale in a while. Ditto with Airborne's recent $890 close.

Planet Force just sold a 32back CC and 32back Destro which were AFA90's this week for *only* $2000 each.

Maybe I'm out of touch, but I'd say:

    Cobra Commander: $2000-2500
    Destro: $1000-1500
    Major Bludd: $800-1200
    Snow Job: $650-750
    Doc: $400-500
    Torpedo: $400-500
    Airborne: $500-600
    Tripwire: $300-400
    Gung Ho: $400-500

More and more though lately, my estimates seem to fall way short as MOC Joes resemble NASDAQ '99.

If you're inquiring about "asking" prices though, err on the bullish, of course.

Is there any particular reason why these figures are in the $1000-2000 range?

    Or is it just inflation?

Then shouldn't the Defiant Space Shuttle be about $10000?
