Every time I type in toysrus.com I get re-directed to Amazon.com, which has been carring DTC for a while now. Am I missing something?

Hey that's good news if it's true. Wouldn't be surprise. I still see them restocking Wave 7 2 packs and there are still pegs for small joes. 5.99 for single pack is the same price for the two packs down here. So I'll probably won't be buying a lot.

As much as I will be happy for those of you that Don't have Cards to pay with. I sure hope Gi joe will still be on hasbro Dtc, Which I am sure will be the case.

Boy, as much as I don't have much luck with Toys R us when it comes to finding Deals and Gi joes. I sure am greatful for them doing what they did in 1998 and continue to do with Gi joes. Even though I don't buy many of their six packs.

As good as the news may sound to many of you, it seems the bad outweighs the good to me.

6-packs costing $24.99

Good:
1. At least some of the 6-packs will still be around.

Bad:
1. Price increase makes figures more expensive and causes the lesser value figures (like Heavy Assault Squad and greenshirts) to be more of a pain to get.

2. Adds an extra expense besides gas and time.

3. Gives scalpers a bigger opportunity to set their prices even higher than before(this wouldn't be much of a problem to me, but you get the picture).

Single Pack figures for $5.99

Good:
1. Snow Serpent and Range-Viper will be worth getting.

Bad:
1. Most Joes/COBRAs aren't worth $6 to me.

2 & 3: See my second and third reason for the 6-packs.

If it wasn't for the price increase, I'd be really happy.

I was at Toys R Us today and I noticed that they had their Spring 2006 layout sheets in each section. The G.I. Joe area had a sheet with these:

"G.I. Joe 4" figures" and "G.I. Joe 2" figures."

I think it is great that these are back in stores. It is the only real chance for new kids to see them, get interested in them and buy them - ensuring the line can continue.
