I thought so too.
I just got the Snake Eyes Declassified TPB where you get a clear shot of CC's face. THAT interpretation looks very......boaring. A brown haired white guy.
Since so many current GI Joe artists seem to draw all facial features alike, I need something more discript in my CC's face. I'll take the long moustache look. Could be worse.
