I guess the rarest figures in my collection collection at least to me anyway would be my Hardtop with gun and mic and Ar Puro from Brazil.

So I thought I'd do an impromptu photo shoot of my rare/ hard to find figures, unfortunately I forgot a few guys

Here's my Special Mission Brazil figures
    Steel Brigade
Worms sporting the AF Red Jet Pack
    3 Night Force Figures
Hardtop & Payload with V2's backpack, but it has both arms
    and of course Rumbler
The best thing about all these is I never paid over $10 per figure, Worms actually only cost me $1 (The power of buying huge lots)

This one is my Cobra Soldier MOC:

Here's one of my Sky Patrol Guys and Night Force Crazylegs:

I decided my Crusader needed a booster too:

Here's Ozone with his new Star Wars A-Wing Toy:

And I thought this was funny:

Please help Rumbler, the blood you give today could save his life tomorrow

Here's the ones I forgot, I'll try to get pics up later:
    UK Stalker
    UK Quarrel
    Mickey Cobra Commander
    MIB Sgt Slaughter mail in
and I don't know how hard it is to find but I have the Helicopter Pilots mail ins as well

Wow. You all have nice pieces in your collections.

I only have a handful of collectible items that may be rare or hard to find.

    Argentina TNT:

    Chinese Major Bludd:

    Bronze Bomber MIB set:
    http://www.yojoe.com/archive/actfig/bronzebombers.shtml

I realize that some may not consider the Bronze Bombers to be official Joes but that set did use licensed Joe molds before their company went under.

It is also a MIB set that I never intend on opening.

I would never intend on opening it too that is awesome!

Yes indeed, there are some very cool figures on here! As for me, I don't have anything all that spectacular, but here goes:

complete loose SMB set, including filecards
    hollow backpack Crimson Guard
complete Listen 'N' Fun Tripwire, including cassette tape and filecard
loose Cobra Soldier w/dark green bazooka from 82 Penny's catalog pack
    A most excellent idea sire!

    Mexican snake eyes

Also, shortly after i found the figure in Mexico, i posted about it here and a well known collector/dealer who was born and raised in Mexico recalled seeing them on the shelf when he was younger. These wouldn't have been carded but sold in the Mexican boxes. That really helps confirm that that these are legit. There aren't any other pics because, up until this point, it was the only known example.

Feel free to send me some pics of yours and i can have a look at it.
Hello, i have been living in Mexico since '83 and collecting gi joe ever since and i never saw that version of snake eyes at any stores MOC or loose. I´m pretty shure it´s not mexican or maybe it´s just painted.

Hey.. you know the pic I saw look painted too.. I aint saying one is right or the other is wrong.. but i guess thats the problem when picking up loose figures, its finding their identity.. also.. whilst I raise this subject I feel I need to point out that theres no shame in picking up a knock off or non GIJOE figure.. my belief is if you think the figure is cool and it sits well within your collection.. then its all good.

Although naturally one would say its always good to pick up loose rare figures for dirt cheap prices.. that is where the actual thrill of the hunt is.

It would be great to get some clarification on this mexican snake eyes..

And my answer to Ronin.. great post mate.. Bronze Bombers figures have become very collectable.. I just don't think I would keep them MOC though.. but thats me.. I'd want them getting involved in missions etc.
    I sometimes.... can be awesome?

I think that my rarest figure would have to be my MOC Funskool Snow Job.

I've only owned 2 funskool snow jobs one moc one not.

after that it would be my De aco, Felino.. possibly my Russian Funskool Chickles.

Though I'm not sure if the last ones should be classified as Rare.... more hard to find... but that's just me.
