I can't even remember the last time I found anything Joe at a yard sale! However, I did find a Generation 1 Jetfire in awesome condition (even came with his instructions & gun clip) for $5 & twice I've purchased huge lots of Legos but still no Joes!

Wow, you really can win good ARAH stuff on eBay from time to time. Came home from church tonight to find that I won these 4 auctions:

    Hammerhead - $22.50

    Decimator - $4.25
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWN:IT&ih=006

    2004 Convention Dreadhead Otis - $8.45
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWN:IT&ih=010

    2004 Convention Dreadhead Roscoe - $8.17
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWN:IT&ih=010

I haven't bought much ARAH Joe stuff in a long time...I feel like I got a good deal, what does everyone else think?

How do you guys hunt for garage sales? Do you just drive around on the weekends randomly stumbling around garage sales? Do you look through the news paper, online site, or something different to map out your garage sales?

    Thanks.

I look in the newspaper & map them out! I usually find good stuff but the earlier you go the better. Just yesterday I came across a like-new Nintendo DS with 6 games, charger, & case for $70!

that is a great price. I've seen them go un-AFA for well over $400, but that was years ago and I haven't followed them since. I wonder if the market is crashing on them.

I haven't seen GI Joes at a garage sale since 1989. You guys are lucky!

The only luck for me is,I looked at a goodwill store back in 1998 and found a box with about 40 to 50 loose joes years range from 82 and up.All of them was complete..For 60.00 After that it seemed to dry up..Well i cant say that..I bought 4 hot wheels case filled with hot wheel..For 6 dollars each..Each case had 24 hot wheels.Well i can tell you im not into hot wheel but i sold each car for 10 to 50 dollars each. They ended up being the 1960s red line in mint condition...I made a killing.
