The last three days have been some crazy GI Joe shopping spree for me! On Sunday I opened up the super-sweet Vamp that Starscream2 sent me. Monday afternoon the Torch/Bazooka and Electric Eel/Shipwreck two packs that Sam Reese sent me arrived. Awesome! Later that evening I decided to head on over to TRU to see what I could find. The were pretty well cleared out of everything except for MonkeyWrench, SAW Viper and the Night Ops Hummer. So I picked those up. I am mightily impressed with the Hum Vee and SAW Viper is wicked! I got a free S6 Ninja BAt with 'em. My first S6. It's ok. Don't know what I am going to do with it though. It might just be some giant robot that Mindbender ceated.
Yesterday was when the real action started. My Joes were driving around in the new vehicles wondering what to blow up with Bazooka's bazooka when my wife comes home from work and says that we should go to the comic shop and finish paying off the TERRORDROME that I had been making payments on. Wooo Hooo!! Wooo Hooo!!! It is an super complete with only one broken hinge. While I was there I thought I should buy Ripper and Zandar to help finish off my DreadNok collection.
So anyway I'm going to head to TRU today to see if the restocked. But meanwhile I need to go play!

One of my nine packages of figures showed up today! Woohoo.

Once my other packages arrive I'll be down to 16 Cobra figures to have all of em released from 82-89. Feels a little on the wierd side being so close to the end but then I realize just how far away I am when I look at the number of Joes I still need.

I just won this auction so really I have not gotten nor do I have these yet. Even so I had to post this because no kidding when I saw that I won this auction and no less by only a dollar my jaw droped.

Maybe it doesn't make sense for my cobras to need this many ravens and I have spent my Gi joe allowance for this month. Yet I still think I am very Lucky this time. I think it's funny that here I am soon to have close to six ravens and what is going back and forth in my head besides that I hope they will be safe on their trip to me, is how does someone meaning the seller end up with six ravens. Yet here I am about to have six ravens

kind weird huh?

I was surprized that the seller did not have a reserve and although this is the case I feel gulity that they didn't go for more. All I can guess is that it must have been a space thing for the other bidders?

I've never felt the need to post in this thread before, but I am pleased to announce the purchase of my very first Terror Drome. I never had one as a child, and I even remember my mother purchasing one for my two cousins (it was a COMBINED Christmas present for them) but informing me it was too expensive! Don't pity me too much, I got pretty much everything else I ever wanted but I always remember the Terror Drome Christmas and being offended because my cousins were the kind of kids who always applied the stickers to their GIJOE vehicles very haphazardly, and I remember thinking what a tragedy it was that a beautiful new Terror Drome would get its stickers stuck every which way instead of correctly (pauses to wipe a tear from eye).

My Toys R Us finally got some Joe stuff and i got grand slam, monkeywrench, cobra s.a.w. viper, and med alert. Now i only need the other 2 from this wave WOOHOO!!

It's about time the old thread for this was stopped.

I recently got very nice examples of the Cobra A.S.P. and G.I. Joe HAL. Both are complete, with blueprints, all stickers, and Grand Slam is complete with filecard.
