Hasbro took Marvel Legends from Toy Biz (which became Marvel Toys).

Either way, the point is a good one. Very few people I know, including avid comic readers, have a clue who Star or Madman are, not to mention Monkeyman and O'Brien. Kudos to Marvel Toys for having guts.
And Stalker's paintjob is pretty crusty.

Well, I know that Madman was created by Mike Allred.

I've known that for about ten years.

though, I've never read the comic, I do own the figure.

That is probably one of the most hilarious opinions I have heard on a figure I just about wet myself from laughing so hard

Madman rules. You should read some of the comics. They're ginchy!

I'm glad you appreciated my comment on Stalker's paintjob cf. Just remember, if you wet yourself tell everyone you spilled your drink when you were attacked by savage wildebeests. Or something to that effect.

Makes me wonder how much research they put into these things...

Anyway, what I don't like is that the "gloves" match the skin colour. Are those supposed to be bare hands or what? If so, you can still see the molded details that mark them as gloves. I HATE that... I suppose you can get away with it if they're a brown colour, as they COULD just be leather gloves, but what happens if they use the mold for Grunt?

    It's all in the details...
    Currently Looking For:
An unbroken/mint; '83 HQ "base" (the big main part), 1 MG and 2 cameras; Brazil Gatilho.

    Something like this maybe
A beak-nosed pot-bellied miscreant jumped up on me and peed?

Yeah, it's not like they couldn't have just used Gung-Ho's or Cobra Trooper's hands or anything
