So...just HOW many variants are we looking at?

The Stalker was "officially" announced...and we knew about Black Timber from the beginning...then I hear about non-color changing Zartans...and now this:

Just how many variants are there? and what's really harder to find?

You're looking at 1 to 2 planned variations per wave.

Some are as simple as a painted vs unpainted rifle in the Cobra Trooper single, a black Timber, a dolphin and an anchor tattoo, yellow vs green camo - you're going to have these throughout the line. But with the exception of the Stalker camo issue - which is NOT an intentional variation - these are very minor, inconsequential variations.

Stalker is a running production change to correct an error.

So how can you tell which is the rare version and which is the common. All the Wave 3 that I got were the first boxes that came to the stores and they came with the shark.

The guy calls this version "super rare". He has no idea. The green Stalker was "super rare" for the first week or so of release... And now................ I think we know.

I wouldn't jump the gun and pay a bunch of money for the "anchor" version yet. It might end up being the common one after all!

But, from the looks of his auction, not everyone feels the same.

Has it been confirmed that some Zartan's will not color change or is this just a package variation?
