Wow, this must be a serious S6 collector who is selling everything. I have no idea where he got the Heavy Duty??? Could it be that there are more figures coming this year that we were not expecting to be produced?

As far as I know, this figure was never sold at retail. The seller obviously used Hasbro's picture. I would not have bought this figure without some serious proof that the guy actually had one. And I would want to know how he got it.

The "Surfing Snake Eyes" is apparently extremely rare. I've only ever heard of 2 or 3 people having one.

The owner is the guy who runs Hisstank.com. He's very much on the up and up.

1) Groundblast HD was planned for release as a S6 figure, as were Windfire CC, and Dojo SE. When the S6 line got scrapped, they were pushed back and made KFG/Red Cap figures. Finally, production issues seem to have caused GBHD to have been scrapped altogether. This particular figure is thus going for $500 because 1) it was never mass released, and 2) it is the canned S6 figure, so even if it WERE to get a release, it would be as KFG. He also sold a S6 Dojo SE for $100+

2) The "surfing" SE was likely an early production test. Very few were ever made and as GF said only 2 or 3 have ever been spotted (and those could be the same ones being resold on eBay).

3) He also has been selling rare items such as the pegless Snake Eyes and Black/Silver weapon Storm Shadow, and I know he's got some prototypes in his collection.
