Replacing Rattler landing gear?

I have two Rattlers, one has a broken nose gear and nose cannon. the other is almost perfect but has the rear landing gear broken. I'd like to combine these for a nearly perfect rattler.

How hard is it to pop off the bottom of the body and replace the main gear or go the other way and replace the nose gear and cannon?

which is the better option.... or am I just outta luck.

It's MUCH easier to replace the two landing gear on the belly. I've replaced them many times just be careful when you remove the piece that houses the landing gear. I had to pry it off carefully but it can definitely be done just do it slowly & watch the tabs & you'll be fine.
As for the front landing gear & gun you have to split the jet in two & it is scary difficult, I've broken a couple trying this & would not recommend it!
