Can you help id these toys?

hi guys,

i recently picked uped this figures this wkend and im wondering if anybody knows anything about it!

pics:

im thinking its a alien vs preditor,but im not sure

the figures wing move.there's a button on back of alien figures that you press that makes the wings move.
the head moves side to side.

any idea,whats this figure or atleast value of it?

I believe he was called, "Alien Flyer". As for value I dont think it would be too much, I bought a huge lot of MOC kenner alien figures 4 years ago for $30, It had Apex, King Alien, 5 or 6 Different Predators, 3 Bishops, 1 Ripley and 7 various alien figures including him. (Although it might be KB repaint I'll have to look). Nice thing is that there more in scale with Joes than the space marines they came with.
