"Head's Ideas" for 25th figures.

Hasbro why don't You produce only heads of new Joe-characters?
We have got tons of doubles!

this is a great idea because the only thing stopping us from making tons of customs are the heads. the san diego comic con customs could all be made if you could do all the heads. I have been casting some heads to make 25th characters not already made but it is veeeeeeery hard. I would love a pack of heads but like every other awesome idea i doubt it will happen.
