The last transaction I had on eBay was with him and everything went fine. I won a 1982 straight arm Cobra Commander from him and he shipped it very fast and he even done me a favor; he ended the auction early to sell me to my high bid price. If it weren\'t for richardhell, I wouldn\'t have my set of 16 straight arm G.I. Joes.

\r\n You see, I have been saying this all along, the changes e-bay made a while back leans so much in the buyers favour that honest sellers are being crucified by it.
\nDeadbeat bidders, or lets just say bidders that have a hidden agenda.. now know that their account isn\'t in jeopardy if they mess the seller around.. what with no comeback on them.. its a no lose situation.
\n
\nThe only way for sellers to stand up now is to do this and report particular account usernames and people to boards.. in the hope if a seller recognizes one particular regular deadbeat bidder, they can act before being caught out.
\n
\nAnother major issue is the fact that not all transactions are the same, one deadbeat bidder could buy from Thunt no problem and then visit mystore (if i had one) and completely waste my time.
\n
\nAll this.. screwing around.. you\'d think someone would be happy right? 
Worst part is ebay keep sending me emails to participate in questionnaires to make ebay a better place.

He responded to my prompt shipment by reporting to paypal that he didn\'t receive it and immediately launched it into a claim, and didn\'t even bother to attempt to contact me first with any questions. I submitted to paypal this information, plus the customs form number (since he didn\'t bother to pay the extra $12 for registered shipping to ensure delivery), and paypal, in their usual nazi-communist way, sided with the poor buyer and refunded his money, therefore stealing $65 of my money, and gave it to him. So he now has $65 of my money and free GI Joe figures.

\r\n I put up 2 separate G.I.Joe Convention Comics for 2009 (one was the convention only issue, the other was the store bought issue with a different cover), and member "flounnderr" won them both for $1.99 each, much less then they are worth in my opinion, but he won the auction fair and square. I had to finally put in a non buyer complaint as it was over 10 days, and he had still not responded to the invoices to complete the purchase, this was after THREE invoices were sent to him. Well, that got his attention and he paid. I sent the comics to him, with a BONUS comic pack version #5 comic, as there is no hard feelings and I eventually got my money. The shipping was $7 and in the end I actually lost money on the deal, with the combined sellers fees and paypal fees etc. "flounnderr" gets his comics and leaves a negative telling the buyers to beware, but does not discuss why he is unsatisfied or what is wrong with the comics. All comics were mint and sent in bags and boards. Do not deal with this guy if you can, he will screw you if he can. It is not my fault he bid on items and then refused to pay, and when forced to do so, acts like a child and leaves a negative. Well, all I know is the community can look at the positives I have from HONEST buyers and know they are dealing with a good guy.

I\'m not going to argue with you, but you did take 2 non payment strikes about 20 minutes ago when i closed the case. when you agreed to purchase those custom items (complain all you want, but they are custom pieces and were clearly listed as such) you entered into a contract. you had to click that you understood that after clicking that you agreed to buy it now. at that point I racked up around 5 bucks in ebay fees for the transaction, regardless of whether you wanted the items or not i have to pay that unless i file the non payment buyer claim against you (where those fees are returned to me). i won\'t take that hit, plus pay to relist my items because you lack maturity, responsibility or good sense. you matter of factly did take the hits, I only contacted you to let you know the matter was resolved. in the future i would advise you to read the auctions before you buy them, as you only have 1 more strike left before ebay gives you the boot.thanks-hotdog\r\n \r\n

This guy is a major problem, and it is astounding that eBay turns a complete eye to his antics. He has so many eBay IDs, and screwed so many sellers, I\'ve lost count.
