25th anniversary Strange Figures

I went to my local Wal-Mart and found the new GI Joe: Resolute wave of figures including Blowtorch. While looking closely at the packaged figure, something caught my attention...this particular Blowtorch figure was packaged with a Cobra logo stand instead of a GI Joe logo stand! I first thought that it would more than likely have a coresponding Cobra character's name printed on the stand, but when I checked the package from the side, I saw that CODE NAME: BLOWTOURCH was clearly printed on it. I will post a few pics of it when I get a chance, but I was wondering if anyone else has seen this type of variation/error.

There have been a few Falcon figures reported to have come with the Cobra stand with LT.Falcon printed on it. Although it is a cool find it is more likely an error than a variant.
