Do Post Office sorting machines have a thing for V1 B.A.T.S.?

I might need to require all shippers that I order V1 B.A.T.S. from to ship them in a box. The only two problems I've had with the Post Office in the last two years has been with V1 B.A.T.S. - both times. The sorting machines seem to love ripping open the envelopes and dumping the contents. Fortunately on this last one, the B.A.T. was still in the opened bubble wrap envelope, stuck in place by the ziplock baggie.

Jeeze.. yeah I'd be a tad bit upset if I was in your situation.

Boxes are the best way to go these days, and safest.

Post Office sorting machines can be a tad unforgiving. I still remember watching a worker clear a jam by whacking the logjam of letters with a broom handle!

The sorting machine senses a fellow machine going through and decides to liberate them. I dunno other than that. *shrug*

Wait, who is unforgiving? The machines or the employee?

Maybe it's just a Postal employee who likes free B.A.T.S. Use the sorting machines to rip open the envelopes and increase the G.I. Joe collection . . . .

Maybe they are building their own little army and we're all doomed.
