Hard/soft helmets

Not sure if this is exactly a variant, but it seems that some Sky Patrol figures came with soft or rigid plastic helmets. Ones I have ara all hard (all of them bought carded in Spain in 91-92,) but it seems there are soft versions of them, or at least I've been told about Static Line's and Drop Zone's being so.

It would be a variant. It exists on other figures like Countdown v1 as well. I've never seen it on teh Sky Patrol, but being that they were from the same year, I wouldn't see why not.

Right > hard version, darker in color (more grey) has an inverted "2"
Left > soft version, lighter colored, has two inverted "2"
