No, there's not. If you perpetuate the myth of the toy scalper, you'll only feed the conspiracy theorists that are out there.

I imagine these will be as easy to get as the previous 7-packs were, unless you intentionally wait for them to sell out.

The previous 7 packs are still available for order. I don't think these will last as long though. The first sets had semi-random repaints of existing characters and fit more of a niche market.

These sets feature pretty much all-new figures and will probably see much higher demand.
