    Where & How do I obtain AFA ratings?

    Hi everyone, New guy here....

    I have some Joes that have been stored in my closet still new on the card.
    I live in Virginia Beach....Anyone know where I can take them to get a certified AFA rating to enhance the selling value of them?
    What is the average cost to have them appraised and certified?
