1983 sealed-boxed headquarters

I have a sealed headquarters, that I got as a child (got 2 that year).

I was wondering, what would the value be graded and non-graded?

It is not mint, maybe AFA 40/50? I am a harsh grader.

I do not believe the parts are broken, but like I said, it is still sealed. Is it worth grading it, or just putting it into a case?

Kind of hard to say without seeing pictures. What kind of damage to the box? List the reasons why you'd grade it so low for starters.
