Is Sigma 6 Duke wave 1 rare?

Was just curious if Sigma 6 duke wave 1 was rare since I was watching ebay for awhile and only saw one packaged and one raw one listed in the last while? Also picked up Heavy Duty.

They were all over the stores when Sigma six was the items on the shelves. I would not call him rare maybe just HTF.
