#11 appears to be a Remco Toys Sgt. Rock radio. Scroll down the thread for the pic. I'm thinking it might have also been recycled for other action figures.

I've had that little radio forever now, it's like I can't manage to lose it even if I tried. Still looking up the fig, but he was your basic soldier in green, green helmet, his pose was molded on one knee, his arms and legs didn't move, and his waist and head rotated. He came with a wind-up machine gun. Can't find any photos anywhere, wish I could.
