1982 Combat Command File

I have purchased tons of Joe toys over the years and have never actually run into this piece. I can put a pic up later when I get home but the piece is a small cardboard box that holds file cards I guess.... It says " GI Joe Combat Command File" and has a couple pics of the cardbacks on it. I thought maybe it came with the Command Center ( since I never owned one in a box to check) . Anyone know where it came from?

It came with the Cobra Missile Command Headquarters.

Thanks!!! I tried to search by the name and couldnt find it . Guess I will go back to the guy and have him see if he has the playset.
