Need Info on this Odd Vintage Item

Hey guys, I am a big toy collector (mainly Star Wars) and was referred over here from Rebelscum.com when looking for some info on this item I picked up. I got this the other day and haven't been able to find any info about it.

It's complete in the box and is in pretty nice shape. It's a large vinyl playhouse/tent with a copyright of 1982.
I found none on ebay, nothing on google shopping, nothing on any of the GI Joe site If anyone knows anything about it, I'd love to hear from you. I'm basically just wanting to know if it's worth anything or if it's rare at all.
If it's not, my son and I are going to get in and play army.

Sorry, not sure how to post the pics direct - I will change from the links if someone can let me know how.

I used to have that as a kid. I haven't seen one for sale in a while though. if you decide to sell it let me know.

Depends on the condition of the tent itself. If it is ratty and torn, use it and play it to death. If it's minty new, then you probably don't want to play with it. I don't know what the value on it would be, as I've never seen one sell before, but I'd figure based on like items that if the tent were mint it would likely get about $30 perhaps even $50. Ratty, not worth trying to sell.

Apparently one of the longest standing members of Yojoe.com is now a troll. OK then... This troll is going to find a bridge somewhere and play Warhammer.

The tent itself is quite nice - one small hole along the bottom where it looks like a pole stuck through the tent. Other than that, very clean and still has the "new vinyl" smell.
