I can't justify paying nearly double retail to get them shipped to me from an online retailer.

The V.A.M.P. I bought online, including shipping, cost me less than it would if I bought it at Wal-mart.

Brian's Toys. It was only $19.99. Up here in stores, (when it's eventually released), it will be close to $30 + 13% sales tax.

I've only bought three figures so far (Jungle Viper, Recondo and Beachhead), but I like all of them. Very impressed by Beachhead, with all the guns and gear.

Would like to see a more interesting assortment of characters, though. Enough with all of these versions of Snake Eyes, Storm Shadow and the usual suspects. I mean, give us ONE new version, and then some other figures, you know?

It seems like everyone says that but there must be a lot of people buying Snake-Eyes, Duke, Storm Shadow etc....because we get them in practically every wave. Hasbro wouldn't be doing that if people weren't snatching them up.

I do agree with you 100% though. I am beyond sick of the three characters mentioned above.
