Sand Serpent at Ross!

well the once canceled desert night raven ( sand serpent) is now being found at Ross stores for 15.99.
I have sent my relatives on the hunt.

I was on ebay and saw some auctions for a cancelled Sand Serpent (the RoC repainted Raven). There was one Serpent that had a Ross Dress for Less sticker for $15.99.

I can't believe that Ross gets another cancelled G.I. Joe item. Why can't the merchandise buyers for TJ Maxx and Marshalls get in on some of this stuff.

I wish Marshalls would get in more stuff like that. I have one here just about across from Target. The toy section is fun to look through. It reminds me of a flea market. The last I was there, they had more RoC figures marked at $3.00 each. I was surprised to see Ice-Vipers and Desert-Vipers there. All of their single carded 25th stuff was gone. They had loads of it back in October.

Where in the US are these Ross stores? None in New England, that I know of.

I actually thought the ROC Night Raven was pretty underrated. Its major flaws were the initial pricetag and trying to live up to the name. The only real thing I would have changed would have been to have room for at least 2 figures. I don't like jets that can only fit 1(not even a huge Conquest fan for this reason)

Here is a sad point. There is a Ross only minutes from me. The odds of them having this item NOW are very high (by the weekend- the scalpers will get there)

So is it wrong to have no desire to go out and get this on a cold Thursday????

I cant even get a lucrative trade offer of the battle gun, who knows what I am going to get in a trade offer for this...

p.s the best offer i got for wave 4 twin battle gun so far was a 25th stinger but I dont know if the offer was real...
