Need some help identifying a Joe

I've searched through all the pages of Joes and still cant find this Joe. I thought it might be an Action Pilot Astronaut from 1994. But the more I look at mine it doesnt match up. Mine is a lighter gray, doesnt have the flag on his arm. On the left leg it says 1993 hasbro and on his butt it says made in china h-1.
