Does anyone have the "Hearts and Minds" series and does issue 3 have an error?

I bought the series at my comic shop on free comic book day as the entire 5 issues run was only $2.50. In issue 3 inside the front cover it lists the contents of the issue as "Firefly" and "Tripwire" but they were the focus of issue 2 and in issue 3 it is Interrogator and Deep Six. I was curious if all issue 3's were like this.
