My 12" figures

Forgot to mention, I got Heavy Duty. He arrived last Wednesday. Last year, haha. I ended up buying him from Evil-Bay.

Man, loading all those bullet cartridges was a pain in the ***! It took me a half hour! Sideshow! Pre-load the belts next time okay?!

Well, if they did that they'd charge us even more! Plus assembly is half the fun.

When it's bigger stuff, yes. But with small stuff like the bullet cartridges you gotta be really careful not to drop them. Plus it's new fabric, so it hasn't stretched out yet.

Found and picked up the 1991(or was it 1992?) edition of Duke today. In his original box.

So, I got this guy....



He's not Sideshow or Hasbro style, it's another company that put out their own line of 12 inch figures. He's a Russian Krechet member. They're kinda the real life equivalent of the Oktober Guard. So, I'm debating whether to customize him into a 12 inch version of Lt. Falcon, or leave him the way he is, because in some way, he looks like Gorky from the Oktober Guard.

Tough call. I think he does look very Oktober Guard. But I can see him being a good Falcon. I guess the decider would be, which one are you missing the most? Gorky or Falcon. If you make him Gorky, you'll need the rest of them. But if you make him Falcon, will he fill a hole?

If I left him as Gorky, it would be a little hard to find the right faces for the rest of the Oktober Guard(although I got lots of black-haired Barbies, so in theory, one could be Daina), but when has a chunky-bodied man ever been made(because Horrorshow is a little on the chunky side)? Unless, I could stuff the uniform....I dunno..

So, I took it upon myself to create a 12" Pathfinder.....



While the colours aren't exactly accurate, they do come close. It's the facial features that cinch it, for me especially. Here's some comparison photos:



Something went wrong with the green hat I purchased off Evil-Bay. It never arrived. So when I saw that this World Peacekeepers 12'' figure had a similar hat, I figured, what the hey? Maybe in the near future, I can dye it green.
