My 12" figures

So, I took it upon myself to create a 12" Pathfinder.....



While the colours aren't exactly accurate, they do come close. It's the facial features that cinch it, for me especially. Here's some comparison photos:



Something went wrong with the green hat I purchased off Evil-Bay. It never arrived. So when I saw that this World Peacekeepers 12'' figure had a similar hat, I figured, what the hey? Maybe in the near future, I can dye it green.

turned out pretty well bummer about the hat. but this works too.

I'm starting to revisit my 12" GI Joe collection and appreciating them once again.

Also created a 12" version of Falcon:



Again, not entirely accurate, like the placement of the combat knife, no scarf, etc. but I think it came out well enough.

I found some more clothing packs and accessories, so I was able to make some changes to Falcon for more accuracy, such as different boots:



The previous boots I had on him were all black, whereas these ones are very close to the ones on the small figure.

And the scarf, also a different colour combat knife sheath:

The shirt is a little darker than what he wore on the show, but other than that, this is as close as I've come to accuracy.

The clothing packs and accesories I found that mentioned in the posting about Falcon, also had a hat similar to Pathfinder's. So, how does this one look?

So was looking through more clothes for 12" figures, and there is was! A hat that was perfect, thisclose to being accurate for my Pathfinder figure! Yay!

So, I got this guy....



He's not Sideshow or Hasbro style, it's another company that put out their own line of 12 inch figures. He's a Russian Krechet member. They're kinda the real life equivalent of the Oktober Guard. So, I'm debating whether to customize him into a 12 inch version of Lt. Falcon, or leave him the way he is, because in some way, he looks like Gorky from the Oktober Guard.

Personally, I've always felt that Russia's blue tiger camo would be a great updated look for Cobra Troopers.
