Season Five of “The Twilight Zone” is still one heck of a lot of fun, and even if some of the episodes are repetitive from dvds for sale seasons one through four that doesn’t make them any less enjoyable. They are so expertly crafted, so wonderfully cast and so solidly directed there’s not a boring program in the lot, and by and large there’s little all that negative that can be said about a single one of them. All-in-all, Season Five of “The Twilight Zone” may not be the series at its best but that still makes it better than just about every other the twilight zone seasons 1-5 program ever made for network television in the entire history of the medium. For fans, this is one five-disc collection that’s as essential as these things can possibly get. Submitted for your approval, is the wildest and (dare we say) weirdest season of Rod Serling’s iconic series, containing such memorable episodes as "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet," "A Kind of a Stopwatch," "Living Doll" and the Oscar? nominated ncis seasons 1-8 dvd short film "An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge." This season also rolls out some great guest stars including Bill Mumy, George Takei, James Coburn, Lee Marvin, Martin Landau, Mickey Rooney, Shelley Fabares and William Shatner.
