What does MSV stand for?

I'm not sure if its been answered on another thread, but what does the acronym M.S.V. (1983 Sears Canada - Cobra Combat Set) stand for? If there's no official answer, any speculation?

I checked the instructions that I got with mine and they don't say. I think I have the blueprints somewhere as well.....I'll see if I can find them.

My personal guess would be "missile system vehicle" or "missile system+vamp".
