Action Force Bio sheet

Anyone have any info on this stuff. Pretty interesting. Won it a while back in a lot. It seems to be something along the lines of Steel Brigades Bio Card:

Love the original action force club stuff. Had them as a kid.

According to BFTB, this is a 1983-1984 Fan Club kit where you made up your own character & codename on a checklist (much like Steel Brigade without the figure) and this sheet is what they sent back. The round dog tag (with corresponding serial number) is pretty cool!

Haven't yet, but gonna tonight. I got it with a Red Laser. Was Red Laser ever available as a mail-away?

Thanks for the info!! I think it's pretty cool too. It wasn't really clear what it was in the pic when I bought it. I just wanted Red Laser.
