Damn my luck....it does look like a lego sword....but top handle part on mine is an octogon shape....not like in your pic. Ole. I heard the cobra viper sword is identical to 1987 jinx.....just diffrent color.

It's probably an old LEGO katana, as they had the octogonal handguard, while newer ones like the ones pictured in Ole's post have a square shape one.
