    I have seen that before.
    Inevitably successful in all circumstances.

You can buy one of these if you're looking for something similar.

When was this jet really supposed to be released? The description says: "At the time it was decided not to continue development as the Skystriker Jet was still selling well."
But the prototype is using 1986 Night Raven landing gear, so it has to be a replacement for the 1986 Conquest X-30 or something later.

It is a 87 or 88 project from the number on it.
They would have used off the shelf parts. The shape and bomb feature were the highlights to be shown off.

Here's a couple of Asian market GI Joe sticker albums from 1989.
All the characters and vehicles are recognizable... except this one jet.
Could this be concept art for this cancelled toy?

It even shows a bomb dropping feature in the example!

The original link says its an invalid link, but if its the same aircraft as shown in those stickers its a F-20 Tigershark. If they had made one in the camo pattern shown on the stickers I would have built a whole squadron and loved it.

Interesting sticker by the way. It looks like the Joes were about to successfully ambush a Tele-Viper, then the Joes own aircraft showed up and bombed them. So now in desperation Low Light is trying to shoot down the Dragonfly while Sci-Fi and Bazooka take down the F-20, and the rest of them are just getting the **** out of there. All the while the unsuspecting Tele-Viper is oblivious to the chaos errupting behind him.

Not at all. The planes don't match. The hard copy is a delta wing aircraft while the sticker shows a F-5
