few questions about the new series

i have a few questions about the new series, i haven't been really keeping track of the series. first off is Destro's son Black? second is billy now a member of G.I.joe and what is his codename? And in the preview of issue #31 are they turning overkill the former saw viper into overkill leader of the BATs?

Destro's son is mulatto leaning on the darker side.
Billy is NOT a Joe but he is still a sometimes operative for them.

Yeah the SAW Viper is being turned into Overkill the cyborg. Serpentor recruited him into the Coil (his offshoot organization) and the SAW Viper took that name. It was funny since Serpentor was heavily suggesting Kill-count as his codename but the Viper said Overkill.

cool, i think that was a really cool way of giving over kill somthing to do! so what is billy and cobra commanders relationship like these days?

Last I saw of Billy in the comics cc shot him.
